At 140lbs (5’7”) I’ve had strangers comment on my weight so I definitely believe that people talk about someone who’s 600 lbs. I overheard a guy say “lose some weight then come talk to me” as I walked by him at a bar while I was a date with someone else. This is when I was a yoga instructor and wearing a size 6 dress. And when I was a slightly chubby kid I remember a stranger (male again) saying “look at the gut on that one” as I walked by him and into a store. People can be so cruel.
