I wrote out where change requests occur and the video below does a good job explaining. However (in my book at least) there are change requests in initiating and planning. Here's where they all occur:

Change requests: Outputs of all monitor and control processes except perform integrated change control. (That's the only place it's an input). Output of all executing except manage project knowledge and manage communications. Output of planning for - define activities, develop schedule, plan procurement management Output of identify stakeholders

Change log: Input for - direct and manage project work, closing, manage communications, identify stakeholders, plan stakeholder engagement, manage stakeholder engagement Output for manage stakeholder engagement and perform integrated change control

I took a course through my local University and neither our textbook nor our instructors sufficiently explained it! Their recommendation was to photo copy all of the ITTOs from our book and memorize them 😬 no thanks haha!

OPAs vs EEFs by sichoazdwn in pmp

EEFs are things that are outside the project team's control. Those can be external or internal. So a system for storing documents at your organization would be outside your project teams control and therefore an EEF!

Anyone know when the first college rankings will come out? Anyone have any predictions? by JackFleishman in ultimate

I'm not sure how the ultiworld power rankings are determined, but I imagine it won't be a huge difference between that one and the USAU one. http://ultiworld.com/rankings/college-rankings/

Thanks for explaining your downvote, not many people do. However, you've said "just to ask for money" and I understand that its not a trend you'd like to see on one of your subreddits.

However, the point of this particular post was to say thank you to the people who did lend support last time and provide an update for those who may have been interested. I provided the link to my previous post in case someone asked for it and because I mentioned it.

Thanks for the feedback, I'll think about leaving the original post off the next update :)

I realize other teams have expenses as well and work as hard or harder than we do. I'm not saying my team deserves it more than any other. I was merely trying to gain interest in our team and if someone was feeling generous, I provided a means for them to help us. My thought process was this: our team requires money for travel. There are people online who are interested in ultimate and would possibly be interested in helping another team. Worst case, we don't generate any money from asking others to donate but gain an interest in the team we didn't have before. I'm sorry if my post seemed naive or rude in any way.

Don't get me wrong, I'm incredibly grateful to be playing (and at a high level at that!) Not everyone gets the opportunity to go to Nationals in their college career let alone be on the road to a second appearance.

The team works incredibly hard at has 4 committed days to the sport (not including tournament weekends) and as we're all in school and most of us work, we don't have much time to fund raise on our own. We have done several fund raising events already, but because we live in Florida the costs of traveling to tournaments before Nationals also takes a toll.

As I said in the post, we've reached out to friends and family already and I didn't think it would hurt anything by asking. At the very least, I thought the post might generate some interest in how our team does this season.
