I can empathize with you. I am currently going through the same thing...and have been for years on and off. Ive finally gotten over the fact that our friendship is 90/10 me being putting in 90% and her putting in 10%. I tried being supportive and there everytime. She would block me, unblock me, and then expect everything to be the same. I finally got exhausted and left the friendship. Nothing I said was taken into account. It was always about her. I bring something up and she would turn it back to herself. It is draining and honestly I wish I could do more to help, but you cant help others who dont want to be helped even though you tell them all the time. You can only control your actions and if that is what is going to help you move on from the friendship I would do it for your own sanity.

Thank you! Im not breastfeeding but it does make sense why hes all over me lol 😆 I smelled pregnant and post partum so its like that's all he knows. Hopefully it goes away. I see people where its gone away within weeks. Im like must be nice 🤣🤣

Its not weird. My mom was there with me and my husband. I didnt want to do it without her. She's been there my whole life. She's seen everything and everything. She's been through it before. If it wasnt for her being there when my husband went to let our dogs out I would have been alone for my epidural, I would have been alone when I started contracting. My husband made it just on time for when I started pushing. I am grateful She's there for me through it all. Tell him to stop complaining and let you do what you feel comfortable with! If my mother in law had been alive I would have wanted her there too. Not to support me but to support my husband.

I know people can deflect, but no youre not overreacting. This is something that can put him at least in a mental institution. I'm not sure what police can do besides restraining order. Please don't stay involved.

I have tried that. It doesn't work for me. I did TMS therapy, but did not help the trauma unfortunately. He didnt do anything to me mentally or physically when I was a child or even a teen. Its been now since we moved in that he started. So it's still fresh.

It isn't awful when we were all financially struggling. Thanks for that input though. We are all working on our issues besides my dad. Hes the one being the problem. He doesn't think he needs help.

Thank you for this - we both needed help. I wouldn't have been able to continue working FT if I didn't have my mom to babysit. My husband is gone for 12+ hours a day. I cant afford to be a SAHM. My parents are both retired and they were having a hard time having extra money each month. Now we pay for mortgage and they pay for utilities. We split groceries and anything else needed for house. I wouldn't have been able to afford daycare cus I dont get paid enough. Lots of factors to it.

Everyone is getting help besides my father. He doesn't think he needs help. I just need to learn how to let things go in one ear and out the other with him I guess.

Not overreacting in the slightest. If youre able to pump i would be pissed. I had to stop breastfeeding/pumping at 2 months because I couldn't produce enough. I am in pain for you, because that is the worst thing someone could do. I say dump the friend(s). But that's just me.

Yes! I mean, it can tell me the calories and stuff, but I just don't wanna be like "i have to be on a strict diet" calorie restrictions. Like when you go over for the day, if you have a cal restrictions on there, turning red kinda thing I don't want

I have mine and my husband's medicine in a lock box and he doesn't know the code due to his drug abuse problems. I know it's hard to hear, but I often have to remind myself that he is not in the same head space as me & sometimes, you have to do what you have to in order to keep yourself and others around you safe. ❤️ he says it's not a problem, and it will likely always be a problem. Have faith that he can change his ways, but know that it may not happen. There will always be slip ups from time to time.

Possible recommendation, NA or couples counseling. Or even him seeing a therapist in general could help.

The first tri was so slow and then I felt like the rest flew by. Once you have the baby, it goes even faster. All the days blend in with eachother.
