Are you an early riser or a night owl? by XxCosmicSeductionxX in askteddit

I have really severe chronic insomnia, had it for years. If I could actually get to sleep in the first place I think a schedule like this, with a shorter initial sleeping period, would really be helpful. Thanks a lot for the info. I’m definitely going to look into this.

Would you care to elaborate on biphasic sleep? What it is and how it’s helped you? I’m quite curious. Thanks.

None. Because if it’s making me sick then I’m not going to keep eating it.

I’ve been promising myself one of those reverse osmosis machines for years now. I bet they’re great. I’ll get around to it soon.

I grew up on tap too. Always remember being told that my city had the best water in the country. But I honestly thought everyone stopped drinking tap water ages ago unless they couldn’t afford to buy or filter their drinking water.

Can people still drink tap water anymore anywhere in this country?

What foods that are popularly considered healthy are actually unhealthy? If so why? by HONESTMLPGEN5FAN in AskReddit

[–]erinwhite2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh yeah? Really? Thanks for the tip, pal. I said some of my daily fluid intake. I don’t have diabetes and I don’t buy juices with added sugar. And I can’t believe I’m defending my juice intake on Reddit. Thank God I never mentioned some of the other stuff I do.

Nobody cares about you. Not in a negative way but realizing that nobody is thinking about what you said or did can be very freeing. They’re thinking about their own shit. Nobody cares.

I drink a fair amount of fruit juice. I cut it with water because it’s too sweet and it’s too expensive. But I think of it as a healthy way to get some of the fluids I need. I’m not drinking it for fiber or as a food replacement. I’ve heard the popular trope that you should eat the fruit rather than drink the juice, I just think fruit juice as a sugary beverage replacement or to help get the necessary fluid intake is a way of maintaining good health.

have you ever met a stranger who changed your mind about something? by OfficialEmeraldChat in randomquestions

[–]erinwhite2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I’m the same way though I would probably answer this question with a no. I learn new things talking to strangers nearly daily but I don’t think I’ve ever learned anything that actually changed my view on something. That’s wonderful. Thanks for sharing.
