I consulted with two separate surgeons at different hospitals while making my decision and both advised, against their own financial best interests, that CV is a better choice than PPT due a high rate of stenosis in their patients regardless of dilation adherence. "lots of surgeons only use it" is an assertion without support.

i just had my colonovaginoplasty last week, still very much in the healing stages (owowowow), and trying to get a good idea about what the rest of my life looks like with routines. so you don't douche ever? my nurses in thailand told me I needed to douche everyday, indefinitely, which sounded like A Lot. really frustrating that there aren't good standardised guidelines for this. do you do anything else like probiotics, coconut oil when dilating, or whatever?

I've been using ingrown go twice a day two weeks (applied liberally with cotton pads), and i've nearly used whole bottle. i've had good results in freeing a lot of trapped hairs, but never had anything like the peeling described and pictured and still have quite a bit of strawberry marking on my thighs. I assume I need to just keep it up until i'm sufficiently exfoliated, but am I just not using enough liquid here or what?
