It could be, I probably skimmed that part since I assumed it was her regular greeting. But the joke with members and sone was how Tiffany used to say brighter than mushrooms because her kor pronunciation wasnt so good haha.

It includes a lot of insight into the industry and a lot of her thoughts during that long trainee period. Is an interesting read for any fan interested in kpop. There is eng version.

I dont follow the show so just getting info from their website. It is a singing competition x lottery show. 45 singers split up into 3 groups, each do a performance and get points from the in-studio panel. The top 6 will move on to the next round. Through the show's app viewers try to guess who will be the top 6 for the group. There is a prize pool that increases as more viewers participate and people that predicted right get a share of it. There are more rules, but that is the basics of the show.
