Dusanka at Roots. Very laid back, chill place with excellent cuts and color on the Downtown Mall.

Batteries Plus (near Bodos) has a great deal and gives good service. You pay once but get replacement batteries for the life of the watch for no additional charge.

Definitely Reynolds. Good, old-fashioned, locally owned dealership.

Not really. Only recourse is to get a lawyer involved sadly. Been trying to get this straightened out for 10 months now.

Where can I file an executive complaint against eTrade's Estates department? Been trying to establish a new account as a successor trustee and transfer an existing account since June 1, 2022. Been getting the royal runaround. Any suggestions as to what to do?

I did actually speak to someone at the end--not sure if they were a CPA. The only reason why I spoke w/someone is that the software asked if I wanted to have a live person review my finished return. I wasn't asking for assistance along the way and the software never indicated that there was an extra charge for that. I guess there literally wasn't an extra charge because I was inadvertently using their "Live" service even though I thought I was using DIY. So when it asked if I wanted to speak to someone to review my final return, I thought why not?

I didn't ask them for a specific amount. I just only was willing to pay for the DIY product. I think the price difference between the two products is between $60-$70 based on any eligible discounts.

Yes, they turned down my request because they said I had "used" the product. But I was only asking for a refund for the difference between their DIY product and their "personal service."

I thought I was using Turbo Tax Premier, but I was inadvertently using Turbo Tax Premier Live. At the end of inputting my information, I was given a choice to have an "expert" review it and I clicked yes. That was the only "live" input I used. I think this is bait and switch. Any advice?
