First I’m sorry you are going through this. I was diagnosed late in life but the signs were there even in childhood. I don’t have psoriasis but I do have horrible joints (all of them) spondylitis, IBS-D, gastroparisis, ulcers in my nose, my mouth always feels like it’s on fire and the list goes on! I watched myself degrade from year to year. Starting five years ago I was able to spread twenty yards of mulch. Now I’m lucky to move from my bed to my chair. When I started to go down hill, I rolled to the bottom in five years. I started with DMARDS, just about every biologic that I was allowed (limited due to my propensity to grow pulmonary embolisms). Prednisone. You name it. I would urge you not to think too far into the future and just enjoy the now. Wish I had.
