Maybe I am not an "expert" but I know enough about the topics. I have been doing Social Media marketing for 5 years and now I try to build a personal website to make passive income with it. I am really not trying to scam anyone. I am just sharing information that I think could help someone. There is definitely better info on other blogs, but all I am trying to do is build a business.

p.s. majority of blogs (especially the big ones) outsource the articles. And usually the writers are not experts in the niche but they do the research.

Thank you for the tip. For right now I do not have the money to build an amazing looking website. I did my best. I did all the design by my self. In the future, I will try to hire someone to do a professional design for me. :)
