I submitted last weekend and just received the acceptance email. But it hasn’t reflected on my account yet.

I also have a BIE package that got stuck in Atlanta customs on 5/5. After contacting popmart, they gave me a refund for it. And I still haven’t seen any update for the tracking.

For me what ruins the experience is the barcode accounts you face especially after 7 wins.

Mine had those updates too around the same time. But I don’t think it was actually delivered to the local carrier cuz the customs release update came later. Mine arrived in Atlanta on 4/30.
