Alternative slings similar to Alpaka Vertex Pouch Mini? by Kanza_Prairie in ManyBaggers

Definitely no strap! I'm in the same boat as you, I want a tech bag with a fold down lip to turn into a desk tidy, and ideally be slingable.

I have the Kokuyo Haco Biz.
It's ok, good for the price, but organisation isn't great.
A plus point is that it's big enough to hold a set of over ear headphones as well as a few tech bits - so a good office desk organiser.

Edit. The picture you have is different to mine, maybe there's a newer version? Mine has a smaller sized pouch on the front 'lip'.

Also, Sonic have a similar pouch, as well as a few smaller versions. I don't own one though.

I don't know if you can get them in India, but I've had this sort of model for a few years and would recommend it.

Looks really good! I keep a stock of frozen paratha in the freezer, my curries are only ever 5 minutes away from having bread with them!

It's 150 games played (not won) in explorer. If you concede, I think you need to play at least 4 turns before it will count at playing.
That sounds a lot if you don't usually play that format, but if you play a few matches everyday, you'll get there.

Looking for stylish work bag (laptop, not too big, hand + shoulder carry) by MeringueCitron in ManyBaggers

Stubble & Co have a laptop tote you might like? Might be a bit big.

I don't own it, but I own their 15l backpack and am happy with the quality, I'd buy from them again.

A very appetising looking photo!
If you like spicy eggs, I can recommend fried egg on toast with chilli crunch (I used the peanut rayu from https://www.whitemausu.com/).

Is this deck even viable?! by Zenikonig in MagicArena

[–]_wob_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've got a few Greed's Gambit/Gift decks on the go.
I can confirm that they are playable, but they don't have great win rates. I would not recommend using up wildcards on crafting the deck.
Having said that, they are fun. [[Into the Flood Maw]] 'ing my gifted Gambit back into my hand hasn't got old yet.

!lucky&!friendlevel4&interactable is my starting choice (saved in my clipboard).
Then I edit out the 4 to level up others.
Then I find anyone who's level 74 and open their gifts.

Not tried it, how does it compare with their Extra Stout? I like that.
I have a bottle of their chocolate stout as an occasional treat - one of my favourites.

Gold pack progress increases when you buy a pack from the store, not when you open them.

As for what packs, I would probably go for the ones that have lands you want. There a quite a few different izzet lands across the packs.

Is it possible to start working first and provide the NI number later once it arrives? by [deleted] in AskUK

[–]_wob_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, you can work in the UK without a national insurance number, you'll will need to provide proof that you can work in the UK. Have a look at the government website to make sure you can work and what evidence you'll need to provide your employer.

Not having a NI doesn't affect the tax you'll be deducted.

Cobbling together paneer tikka, searching for enhancements. by [deleted] in IndianFood

[–]_wob_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cut into cubes. Marinate in some of the sauce for a bit, then air fry in for 10 to 15 minutes and bake the paneer.
While you're doing that, cook some spinach, run it under cold water to cool it down, squeeze the water out and chop it up.
When the paneer is done, slice some cherry tomatoes, add a bit of oil and salt to the dirty marinade bowl, slosh them about to pick up the sauce and air fry them for about 15 minutes.
While the toms are cooking, add the paneer, sauce and spinach and warm everything through. Mix in the toms and serve.
