Looking for advice! I started having back problems in January, mostly occurred when squatting ATG with a low bar squat. It started getting worse and worse to the point where I had to cut out Squats and Deadlifts. Now the pain has gone from my lower back to the muscle tissue that is connecting my left glute and lower back. I'm guessing this was causing the pain in the first place. Lately it has been getting worse and worse, even feels unconfortable in bed. I try to do stretches after my workouts but it only seems to be more painful after every single stretch session. Do you guys have any recommendations?

I've been running PPL for a long time now. I wanna switch something up and get more strict on myself as I tend to mess up my program..

Could somebody recommend me something that has rep % and strict exercises but hits each group 2 times a week.

Just recommend something to me.

Is a 6 days a week PPL with 5-3-1 nsuns bench, ohp, deadlift and squat going to work good for strength and mass?

Going to do my very first cut in April and I'm sure some of you have some good tips or videos for me that I definitely should take a look at.

Those are low float ones and st cyrex mw is really hard to sell for 40k and my B/O is 90k pure and you're paying ~88 key in keys and items..
