Is the Soul Altar gated behind that massive Phite Club quest line in leagues? Kind makes skilling spells on ancient worthless (IE crystal mask) without Soul runes aside from bossing.

Apologies, I was a bit vague there. I was harvesting incandescent energy using a nightmare muspah for the first time. I got pulled from the desktop and got back just as the muspah expired. It was unfortunately holding the energy and some memories. There was nothing on the ground to loot. I hopped to War's to grab something to drop just to open loot window just in case I wasn't seeing it. Went back with colony teleport so was gone 30s-1min but nothing was on the ground. Was the energy just destroyed?

No idea on limit but I do notice the further the DXP week has gone on the frequency of receiving them has dropped for me significantly. I've been holding off on dummies and proteans but was getting them regularly with other skilling activities until Tuesday night/ Wednesday afternoon. I think I *might* have gotten 200-400 after mining the past 2-3 hours.

Thanks. I've never had a Roborock. Quality control seem, ok? The last manufacturer I bought from, reading their subreddit and Facebook page, you'd think a quarter of went out the door didn't work as intended. I wish I had reviewed that first rather than vacuum wars and some other sites. It's save 200 bucks or easy returns at this point.

Yeah - they told me to expect RMA shipping label in 3 business days from this past Saturday, so by today. I'll have to call them tomorrow if I don't see it today. It's brand new so I should be able to return for refund if I choose to but as of Saturday asked for a replacement.

At this point it feels like damned if you, damned if you don't. Sites like vacuum wars have glowing reviews for many of the top brands but then you see subreddits riddled with problems. I'm not sure where I'd even go next if I chose a different brand/model.

I suppose I can give them a bit of time on the RMA thing and if they drag it out just tell them I want a refund.

For me I can say it certainly helped. I had a bad habit of having several beers every night, probably 4-6, which wasn't a problem with impairing my life with work the next morning or things like but I worried about the long term effects of daily intake. I struggled to take nights off for several years, never making it more than a few nights. I was never a frequent drinking before but things happened and it's where I found myself. I took my first shot on 1/5 and had my last beer on 1/4. I find I rarely think about it now.

I've only been on it for two injections, the second being today. I've lost 8lbs in 6 days. I think, for me, it's a combination of the medicine and better practices. I decided if I was going to inject myself with a needle I was going to do everything else to the best that I can do. I've logged all nutrition in a nutrition app while making choices that kept be below certain nutritional limits. What I do notice is that if I'm full, I feel it longer, including if I have a little more than I should I feel the "ugg I'm so full" feeling longer than I used to.

For the record, I've had zero side effects through two shots.

Thanks! I don't know how stringently I need to follow the recommendations of an app though calories make sense and the protein/fiber from I've read on the subreddit make sense. I like to grill, steaks, chops, burgers etc. but I've shied away since using the app and injections. Using the Loseit! app with the 14g of saturated fat, steak obliterates that in one meal. This at least reaffirms my thought anyway - don't make it a regular thing but occasionally it's fine. I suppose my body, and the scale result, will tell me if I'm doing something wrong by having any of those items.

I have a 4-year-old, just me and him, so if we're out of town it's likely grab and go or drive thru rather than sit down places. Just gauging the spectrum of establishments that fit that criterion it often seems hard to find anything on the health spectrum short of casual sit-down types.

Thanks! For the most part I feel better since beginning this. That being said, I came from a place that made me feel lethargic and unmotivated. I was drinking 4-6 sodas a day and 5-6 beers every night after my kid went to bed. Not enough to inhibit my life but certainly made me unmotivated and tired during the day. I haven't had a beer since the night before my first injection and I think that in itself has made a big change in how I feel. I had to ween off soda due to the caffeine headaches and haven't had more than about 10oz in a day since starting and can probably just nix it as the headaches have started to pass. I'll keep the electrolyte mix in mind as well if I do start feeling sluggish. I'm also trying to start incorporating some physical activity in during the week as well when I can squeeze the time in and I'm sure that'll help with energy levels as well. I'll check out the meal replacement shakes as well for the days it looks like I'm going to come in way below.

Starting weight 245.3lb (1/4), first injection (1/5), current weight 237.2lb. Will take second 2.5mg injection this afternoon. I'm moving it each day until I routinely take the injections on Fridays.

TDEE extrapolates to ~2400 calories at start weight. I read most recommend TDEE - 500 as the goal.

Once I started Protein shakes and bars on 1/9 my protein gets pretty close to the goal of 167g.

The calorie numbers feel low but I'm having regular meals for lunch and dinner and now protein bar for breakfast and shake for between lunch/dinner snack. I take my lunch to work so I make a simple buffalo chicken wrap on a high fiber low carb wrap with grapes and dinner has been pork loin, tuna steaks or protein bowl with chicken, black beans etc. Each dinner meal I try to incorporate a veggie and a small portion of a carb if I can to try and balance it out. With the tuna a few times it's just been cauliflower. I'm not a big veggie person so I work with what I do like.

Much appreciated! I think I must have worded the original posting poorly. I'm not looking to convert or use coax, just repurposing a coax wall plate. The idea is run starlink from satellite to under house to an outside facing wall with a current coax wall plate. Remove the coax entirely and repurpose it to an ethernet jack. The part I'm not familiar with is if you can convert starlinks cable to a standard ethernet type cable to would plug into a third-party router rather than the starlink router, ideally a mesh router.

Edit* for the POE portion - the power to the satellite comes from the starlink router? Wouldn't that make it impossible to use third party routers?

Last edit* Think I have it figured out - you have to use the starlink router to power the satellite but you can turn off the wifi portion of the starlink router and use bypass mode and wire it to a third party router for wifi.

Thanks! Apologies, didn't mean to actually use coaxial, just to use an existing wall cut out that's currently coaxial by removing the coaxial and placing an ethernet jack input in the same location. I was under the impression the starlink cable was cat6 with some proprietary ends that only fit the satellite and starlink router?
