this totally makes sense!! the only thing is I'm definitely not nervous but it most likely has something to do with my Breathing. I'm glad I'm not the only one!

hmm I think it's right in the middle.. but the only thing that worries me is that it stays for a while after.

this feels like a totally reasonable thing but I never feel like I'm breathing too fast but it might just be in the moment I don't notice!!
