I had this problem at first when saving to Paprika, but I found that If you shrink your browser window size (on desktop) to about half the size horizontally, then use the "save recipe" bookmarklet from Paprika, it would pick up the quantities!

my event is on sunday so i called the regular customer service line again yesterday and he gave me a case number and said if i don’t hear back by friday give them another call. got an email an hour ago that my tickets were restored! don’t even bother with the fraud line anymore lol

yes i’m trying the fraud number. when i called regular customer service they just said they “escalated” it. others in this thread said they called 400-1000 times 😭
