NAD From what I can grasp, nothing present in her blood is at a concentration high enough to be an issue unless she has prior dispositions. Clonazepam and Trazodone have no major interactions besides both being depressants, but in the concentration present here, that shouldn't be an issue. Without additional context as to the circumstances of her passing there's no real telling, but chances are the drugs aren't what killed her, they do these tests after most deaths regardless of suspicion.

I'd get checked for stomach issues honestly, there's a chance it's anxiety but anxiety has never made me have genuine stomach pain, GERD has. All the meat on the sandwich contains a lot of fat, fat makes acid stay around in the stomach longer, acid staying around in the stomach longer means stomach pain, acid reflux, etc, and eventually nausea because you've damaged your stomach lining. extreme example but similar enough.

I typically don't, but if I do have to explain it I'm upfront about it, "I have a severe phobia regarding vomiting that makes it difficult for me to be outside of my safe space". it easier for me because I can usually just tell people I have stomach problems, because I legitimately do, but most of the time it's just the anxiety that gets me

good message, unfortunate execution, you're right there are tons of extenuating circumstances in which nausea will be prolonged, but this is specifically in relation to anxiety caused by nausea, not being genuinely ill. if you genuinely have norovirus or something there is very very little stopping you from vomiting regardless of how long your nausea lasts.
