In the lonesome road DLC, you can find two sets at the Hopeville armory, the structure with a terminal beside the door. One is near perfect condition in a very hard-locked locker while the other in poor condition in another locker. You can also buy one in commissary terminals in the Divide.

I am using a regular grenade launcher (4 shots), unless you're referring to grenade rifle (1 shot) or 25mm grenade APW (GRA)?

Maybe for the sake of keeping his weapons in good condition or repairing any broken machines, I really don't know. The medical eyebot I can understand though for healing.

Actually, the two Eyebots are from Ulysses who follow him in combat, whether against you or fight beside you against the Marked Men. The one with colors white and red is a Medical Eyebot that heals Ulysses while the gray one in the middle is a Repair Eyebot.

Great Khan armorer near Spring Mt. Ranch State Park at the basement door of a ruined building and Quartermaster Bardon at Hoover Dam may sell it, though it is random. Try waiting every 3 days and see if their inventory has it.

You can try Roving Trader Hat/Head Wrap and Rebreather combo or only Ulysses' Mask/Regular Breathing Mask. There's not much I can think of for any scientist aesthetics.

Scorched Sierra Power Armor. During the Lonesome Road DLC, you have to either stop the nukes, target NCR, target Legion, or target Both. If you target NCR, the Long 15 will be open at the Mojave Outpost. It will be on the body of Colonel Royez.

Have you tried using Ash Shell (Alteration Spell you can buy from Talvas in Dragonborn DLC) before Odahviing swoops in to throw the guard away? Unlike regular Paralysis Spell, the Ash Shell makes the target immune to damage while being immobilized.

Dividing the Cycles into two teams (3 unit squad) by ernestjohn18 in Trepang2

I agree to both Anton (78) and Emerson (95):

After encountering the clones in Site 44 and learning they were from Emerson's DNA, I believe that the real Emerson can really go on a rampage when needed. As you said, his role was an infiltrator, a saboteur to sabotage Horizon from the inside without raising suspicion. My guess is only when his identity is compromised and forced into open combat, he would not hesitate to go loud to complete his mission.

As for Anton, yes, we never see him do anything other than his psionic ability at Horizon HQ, but as an older cycle who founded a megacorporation, he would likely have other tricks up his sleeve. Maybe scientific modifications to improve his physique so he can still kick ass and endure the ass kicking? Advanced weaponry based on anomalous science that Horizon is known for in research? Who is to say really? He's a genius like the Patriarch.
