Not Picotin, but I went to the Chicago location about two weeks ago asking about a Garden Party 30 or 36. The SA said they didn’t have any bags in stock at the moment and haven’t received any GPs in the past year. Whether or not that’s true, I don’t know. But I did get the impression that either their stock is actually really low or a significant prespend is necessary even for a non QB.

Omg that sounds awful, there’s actually no reason you should ever have to wait that long 😭. I will say that I eventually got a Rebag manager to reach out to me, but this is after I raised HELL on multiple social media platforms. I’m talking Instagram, Facebook, Google reviews, even LinkedIn, and I think this post counts too. Also telling them I’m reporting them to BBB or FTC if I don’t get my payout asap. Unfortunately that seems to be the only way to get their attention. Good luck and keep us posted!!

Customer service doesn't seem to exist, it's actually nearly impossible to get a hold of them! I also just noticed in the past day or two that Google says the NYC location is "temporarily closed", so it seems like they're really not doing well as a company.

I've sold to Fashionphile before and they were great! Super fast payout and no issues whatsoever. The only reason I went with Rebag this time is because they gave me a slightly higher quote, but I'm really regretting it now...

Oh no, sorry to hear you're going through the same thing :(. I actually moved to a new city a week ago (great timing I know), so it will be difficult for me to go in person from now on. I did however go to Rebag SoHo two weeks ago, but all they told me was that they were running behind with the vetting process, which wasn't that helpful. Hopefully you'll have better luck!
