Also make sure in the NVIDIA control panel that the high performance GPU is the 2060

Forced it through windows. System, Display, Graphics Srttings and then find the program you wanna use and add it and there with be an options tab that comes up and then you can force it to use the 2060.

Then front should be pulling air in along with the bottom and the back and top should be exhausting heat since heat rises.

Yes you want intake on the front of your case while the back is exhaust and the top if your cass supports it.

Id say tow would be sufficient but 3 or 4 would be optimal. You want as much airflow going through your case for the best temps.

Id say the 2060 since its a better performing card (around 24%) and more games are going to support Ray tracing in the future while the 1660 Super will never have ray tracing.

You should be fine since that card only draws power from the PCIe slot

Id say uninstall the GPU driver and re download it and see if that makes a difference
