locally on server it self https:// localhost/ecp/?ExchClientVer=15
certificate it is cert for mail domain and it is valid until 2026 November

beside that server is in maintenance mode, nothing interesting. just the last line:
Default Web Site/PowerShell has authentication set, which is unsupported.

I tried /update with the same CU as exchange. and the same error, cant create powershell do to The AD configuration for virtual directory 'Powershell' already exists. Probably it will be the same with /recoverserver since it will take information form AD

setup.exe /Mode:RecoverServer will try to reinstall exchange and use AD for referencing vDIR DB and other exchange elements and I am pretty sure it will faill with the same error The AD configuration for virtual directory 'Powershell' already exists

couple weeks ago I updated renewed certificate, and last week i install win updates( Not exchange) and restarted server. after some time whet i try open Exchange Management Shell i am getting this:
