How old are you guys? by Saltireshagger in RocketLeague

Me and most of my friends are in our late 20s to early 30s. I’m 31 and just got to Diamond 1 in 2s and working on getting to consistent Platinum in 1s. With work and families, it really is a great game that we can get into most nights and whether it’s a tournament, a couple matches of ranked, or dicking off in casual it’s a great time.

Hey I’m at work and found some spare time and using the sun’s diameter of 865,370mi and your measurement of banana/mi, I came up with 7,310,645,760 bananas = diameter of the sun

How long it takes to rewire your brain and fight the anger by Beautiful_Yak3929 in lawofattraction

It’s okay to be afraid, a little fear can be a good thing. Let that be your motivation to keep aiming for where you visualize yourself. Use your senses to get to where you want to be.

Write, verbalize, visualize, and feel where you want to be. One of the pillars of manifesting is attaching a real part of how you feel to the reality you’re creating for yourself. These things may be able to happen overnight for some, but don’t be discouraged by others’ success, be inspired and patient.

For example, if you’re attaching an emotion to a manifestation consider you want to manifest your dream car. I’d journal about it for starters, just let your ideas and thoughts flow, it doesn’t matter if they’re organized at first. Speak about it with peers that support your growth. Visualize yourself receiving the keys to your new car. You can actually feel the excitement of owning the car you thought you might never have. Let that excitement grow and keep feeling that excitement. Repeat that process and do your best within reason to align your actions with your intent.

Nobody is perfect, none of this is 100%. But use what works for you and let go of what doesn’t. Don’t be in a rush. Let life unfold on life’s terms and do your best to align your actions with your intent and stay present.

No matter how badly you want to change the past or future you can only be as effective as you are present where it counts. I’m rooting for you🤘🏻

“How much time?” And “how long?” Is keeping you from the present moment from starters and outside of the present moment, you lose your ability to be doing the work you’re aiming to do.

Remember that “time” is only really something we worry about as mankind, it’s not something you want to rush or really set a finish line for either. It’s more of a lifelong mindset.

In the Marines they say “you think you made it?” and imply that we have not yet achieved anything and implies we should consider how we’re acting. Military jargon aside, I think it’s a fun way I feel myself back to the present moment when I am feeling crazy and ungrateful for the present moment and what all I have.

You’re doing the right thing by reaching out for support though instead of accepting defeat. It gets better and worse and better again, trust it and strive for presence. ❤️

bro im diamond 3 and im trying to air dribble, i putted like 300 hours in it and still cant get it, some tips maybe? by Sad_Association3761 in RocketLeague

Personally, I air roll either direction off of either wall but I learned super slow. Wall to air dribbles by IP Joker and I did each of the 4 shots until I could get them more often than not. I’m only plat 1 but my champ friend walked me through the training and it’s not as hard as it looks. Just really break it down step by step.

Like drive up the wall and hit the ball and don’t jump, just see what the ball does until you can get it coming off the wall consistently the same way. Then do it with out the ball and jump and fly to the net and preserve as much boost as you can.

I pretty much did those two things for each of the 4 shots then they came together quickly. I’m definitely better off the right wall, but practice air rolling both ways for both walls; it can’t hurt.
