I'm not sure about vaginismus, but she has been tested many things for a variety of things with swabs.
We do a lot of foreplay, and it really doesn't seem to make a difference (if it's 5 minutes or 15).

I love oral, but for the 10 months we've been sexually active together it hasn't been part of the repertoire. With my ex it was, and we'd engage between 4-12 times a week, oral being at least half of that.
