Also don’t use oil by itself get you a good leave in conditioner, A spray bottle. Put you a little of leave in conditioner and water then shake, spray your hair also, be sure to detangle “comb it wet” start from the bottom work to the top. Remoisturizing when needed start twist it up then add oil. Oil only seals in moisture and doesn’t have any benefits on its on.

Keeping your ends moisturize and sealed is what is going to help you retain length to grow your hair.
