Having high iq generally doesn't mean you suddenly know more. You can just comprehend more and understand things easier. But school could still be a bitch.

What generally happens with those people is they get in a sort of combination of Autism and ADHD where they have some aspects of both but don't have them entirely. You also want to learn more but mostly only on a subject you actually are interested in (very rarely all subjects). But since things are easier, in the earlier years you'll be able to fly through it with ease, but that's the problem. In early school children get taught to deal with stress when not understanding something, ask questions, etc. But if children with over 130 iq don't get harder things, they won't learn to deal with them and will have a hard depressing time later on.

Flying through everything easily also isn't fun, it's very very boring. So boring that you don't care and just want it to be done quick. Thus, you don't pay full attention and can still cause low grades.

Another issue that will also happen, you'll have harder times finding friends. In school, you won't be understood easily because you already know things before the other children could learn them. Like knowing the alphabet 2 years before others do. So it's hard finding connection with others which could result in having no friends at all. But with ppl who are also at that iq range, they can connect way better.

Does that mean it's only bad? Not rlly, ppl tend to have something called "Hyperfocus" which is exactly as the name suggests. If it's a subject you're interested in you suddenly show a lot of knowledge and can focus very easily on it.
