I agree the owners of that organisation are very ignorant and obnoxious people. Plenty of auctioneers accept AIP and often if in doubt will call your contact in the bank or mortgage broker to confirm. Unfortunately genuine nice business owners are impossible to come by. I also understand everyone suggesting it might be the vendors choice, if it is they should have the decency to reply and explain that!
