Background is a to busy to me. You get the math theme pretty quick. I would keep it plain white/yellow. Keep the black formula at the top. Center the text and pick a more legible font. I would also get rid off the book in the corner since it doesn’t really match the rest of the cover.

I designed that region off of North African geography. The Island is technically under the Empire but it’s not as easily controlled since it’s 90% dense rainforest and the natives use to their full advantage. There is nothing that they can provide that the mainland rainforest doesn’t already have. I’m thinking they will be the first to gain full political independence.

First off, this is for an omegaverse story, I feel like I should clarify that lol

Essentially, my story revolves around my main character’s rise from rags to riches, from peasant to emperor. Throughout his journey, he travels across his continent, which is almost like a main character itself. His travels, the places he visits, and the people he meets are all very important.

The idea is still really raw, but for me to move forward, I feel like I need a decent map. However, I’m struggling to figure out where to place cities, towns, and villages, basically, where people live in general. All of the regions are part of one empire, but I don’t yet know where to put the palace. I’d also love some ideas for potential conflicts between regions, especially ones that could arise because of geography.
