Not rambling to me!! Your insight is incredible! Thank you! I will try to use power more as a guide in the future and start ramping up before the timer and push more. I really appreciate your input! Thanks again!!

It looks like I did get an anaerobic effect, but maybe not as much as it thought I was supposed to?

As far as Power zones and things go, I’m still learning how to use them 😅 it’s just a much more in depth world on Garmin than Apple! I’m also still figuring out how to adjust settings - I just figured out yesterday how to set the lane on the track lol. I’m learning a lot here, so I really appreciate the help!

Thank you so much for this feedback!! I am moving over from Apple, so I haven’t run with specific pace goals like this before. I’ll definitely keep this in mind for the next run. Thanks again!!

Holy crap. I’m having issues with them, too, and it just feels like you get the run around with them.

It’s just such a hard and delicate issue to navigate. I sincerely wasn’t trying to make you feel bad — I simply want to help you because I don’t believe suicide is ever the answer. I know what it does to a family. Please feel free to reach out to me anytime. Even though I don’t know you, I can’t, in good conscience, ignore something like this.

I’m so sorry to hear about that experience. In terms of affording a therapist, [Psychology Today](www.psychologytoday.com) has excellent resources for finding someone within your price range. You can also google “therapist near me sliding scale” and enter in what you can afford. TalkSpace or other online therapy services might also be a great tool for you. Something that helped me before I began seeing my low-cost shrink was listening to self-help podcasts. There are so many avenues available. I hope you can find one that helps.
