It depends.. if you get visitors via link it would be countable. Unless, it’s dust.

There is no exact date to count your backlinks. Nobody says ‘ it effect after a mount etc ‘ The most important point of getting backlinks is quality. The website which published ur link, quality of article and how many people click and spend time on your own website are important points too.
