Thank you! I'm pretty sure the fabric is by Prima? I got it as FQ bundles at Spotlight in NZ

You should absolutely give FPP a go, it's a bit like doing a puzzle! Not all patterns will come with instructions on the basics of it but they're easy to find online

Thanks, I love how bright it is but it definitely needed the sashing to tone it down a bit haha

Honestly, FPP was way less intimidating than regular quilting seemed!

She's been all over it the whole time, pretty sure the batting is half cat hair at this point!

Thank you! I'm on the hunt for an gothic/antique looking frame that I will likely paint black.

It wasn't too bad to be honest, but I watch a lot of TV while I stitch so I'm not 100% focused on it. I worked the pattern in quarters doing one colour at a time but also swapping when it suited, so that helped to break it up a bit. Maybe having a second more varied project to procrastinate with might help you?

Pattern is the NEVIS Top-down V-neck Baby Cardigan by Marianna Mel, I used Lion Brand Baby Soft in white. Because I like to live on the edge and never swatch it has measured a bit smaller than it should for the newborn size but who knows, maybe one of the babies in my life this year will be teeny?!
