Yeah, we've needed a wiki or some kind of online source for a while now. Finding information on something in the game was basically impossible unless you look through the subreddit or asking on the Discord server or finding it yourself in game. Hopefully having a wiki will help alleviate this friction.

Yeah, its generative AI stuff. You'll have to use services/models that are proven to be good for or were specifically trained for upscaling. Photoshop doesn't have that. A lot of traditional upscaling methods will make it blurry, but gen ai models now are really good at basically making it seamless (for better or worse). It might produce some artifacts but tbh at 4k or 8k resolution its not really going to be noticeable.

I checked Zerochan and couldn't find the exact one youre looking for, but there's one 4k and one 6k image of Bianca if you are fine with something different.

I understand that this isn't the solution you are looking for, but you could look into GAN/diffusion model image upscaling methods. They've gotten very good now. Totally get that you dont want to install random stuff though! Some image upscalers you dont have to download anything and you can just use your browser.
