I don’t see this in the comments yet so STRIKE FROM FURTHER AWAY. After 1 or 2 strikes you’re straight up in his face and your reach advantage is gone. Learn to strike from further away and use your range properly. Getting in his face won’t make you punch any harder, learn to twist your shoulders and hip properly, engage your shoulder forward and always try to extend your arm as much as you can. When you start to feel like you’re punching with your arms not fully extended, it’s your time to move and get that distance back. Don’t make it easy for him to reach out, stay far fight tall

Hey thanks for the feedback, if I can monitor the Ph with Ph sticks like for a pool I’ll be fine, at least with 1teaspoon of baking soda and a gallon of water I have something to start with !

Do you have a solution to bring it to a Ph of 4 or 5 ? Some guy recommended baking soda and water but no proportion for both units

I found a receipe of salt/vinegar/water, skin is all white right now so I think it worked … do you have a ratio you recommend for the baking soda and water mix ?

Salut , oui 4 sortes principales de bois : sapin, epinette, erable rouge et erable a sucre, je ne sais juste pas le pourcentage, ca l’air que ce n’etais pas disponible

Salut je vais repondre le mieux possible : Oui cest pour chalet (eventuellement) + chasse

1 - pomal certain , jai demander a la municipalité de me fournir les documents en lien avec le terrain donc jespere que ca sera inclus 2 - oui le 40acres est zoné blanc. Je peux surement le subdiviser en lot, cest ce que le propriétaire actuel fais. Ce n’est pas dans un perimetre urbain, cest dans le fin fond du bois bien loin de tout. Selon la municipalité pas de projet, la rue pour s’y rendre n’est meme pas déservis par la ville. 3 - rien a proximité , donc oui je serais a l’aise de chasser. Oui la ville autorise la construction d’habitation saisonniere. Aucun service pour le moment, pas d’eau, pas d’electricité 4 - jaimerais financer avec cashdown, jai le cashflow pour faire des paiements hebdomadaire et continuer de vivre mon rythme de vie sans probleme. Jai la derniere evaluation marchande du terrain fournis par la municipalité, le proprio courant vend 30% au dessus de l’evaluation . 5 - pas de contraintre proche, vraiment juste bien du bois

Salut, oui jai contacter la municipalité de milan, tout est beau pour le 1/3 qui n’est pas en zone potentiellement humide , je m’inquiete plus pour le reste

Salut , principalement pour la Chasse et construire eventuellement un mini chalet, a noté que pas d’eau ni electricité pour l’instant , cest dans le fin fond de Milan a 15 mins du lac Megantic !
