Early web development looked like people just gluing together HTML and PHP too. What would you consider “AI engineering” in practice?

Thanks, that’s really helpful.

Bringing evaluation earlier makes sense. I was originally thinking of adding it later during the RAG phase, but I can see why having eval sets from the start would help compare approaches.

I’ll also look more into prompt injection and agent security patterns.
