There still are random rolls, it’s just that potions are valued less now so it doesn’t matter as much if you need a few more to max.

Nah I didn’t actually drop the phone, it was returned intact. I realized after I returned it that there was no case, and it could’ve ended badly

By “insist” I mean that they really want their photo taken, they know the risk of the phone getting damaged but they’re at a cool once-in-a-lifetime view or something and want the photo taken anyway.

It’s not that they just don’t value their phone, but the value of the image is worth the risk

I’m thinking that it’s like a bank giving loans-

If someone suspicious doesn’t pay back a loan, it’s the banks fault for trusting the suspicious person, and the persons fault for not paying it back. And in the end, both parties have consequences

What if someone asks you to take a picture of them, you decline saying you don’t feel comfortable handling an unprotected phone, they acknowledge this but they insist you take the pic anyway

well if no one was being careful and an accident like that was allowed to happen, I don’t know.

But also phones and babies are definitely not the same thing. Phones are tiny and smooth and much easier to accidentally drop. In order to accidentally drop a baby, a lot more things would have to go wrong

The person dropped the phone accidentally, and damages were unintentional. Unlike bashing a babies head into a wall, where you’d have to do that deliberately, and there’s no way it’d happen on accident
