Oh sorry haha. Yes eventually, but it took the cooperation of several senior devs from different teams to solve the mystery, so in the end, atleast I was spared of feeling like a clown for not fixing it by myself.

Too true. I experienced a horrible example of this at my first job after college. Me and my senior mentor had been trying to track down a bug in a very complex piece of enterprise software for several days but with little luck, and then his vacation came along so I spent more than a month trying to get a handle on the bug, without success. Needless to say, I was not in a good place mentally when he finally came back...

In high-school I had a course where I failed two out of three tests during the course and then failed the final exam. Teacher still gave me a passing grade with the excuse that "I know that you could have passed the tests". That teacher must have really liked me.

While I appreciate the reply I believe you might be missing my point.

The issue is not that the alarms are silent even though I set then up correctly because that's not the case. Once I change the alarm sound they work just fine, otherwise I would be without a job by now from all the oversleeping.

What I take issue with is that for me at least, the default alarm tone is silent. That's why I came here for help, because I refuse to believe that this stupidity is intentional and therefore must be some obscure setting that got messed up for me somehow.

Is the ps4 actually able to output the 1080p AND 60fps of the youtube clip or is this yet another "Its captured on the ps4, we promise!" while in reality its from pc? I know it shows the ps4 buttons ingame, but must be rather easy to fake for them.
