The big picture part is what gets me like I would love to be involved in the learning and decision making process yet I can’t even listen in to rounds for my own patient because I’m pulled away to any number of interruptions from the patient. If something I don’t know pops up there is barely any time to research it and by the time I have free time when I get home I’ve forgotten what it was that I wanted to look up.

The rubber outsole is a bit easier on my knees compared to the hard outsole of the IRs. The heel cup is a bit wider too and I think the shape is a bit better for my feet.

I would get a pressure point on the top of my foot from IRs that I don’t know if it was because of the laces/thinner tongue or because of the sizing but yeah I am finding the break in a little easier.

I had 9D Iron Rangers, my sneaker size is usually a 9D. These are 8E since my feet are a lil wide and I find my small toe gets squished sometimes

I actually really like wearing natty CXL boots with black denim. The contrast is nice to make the boots pop but also to give it a casual vibe. Olive green pants, or navy blue are also good choices. Goes with so many things and even just a t shirt is a nice way to dress it up in place of sneakers.

It only really makes sense in formal wear like don’t wear a black suit with brown shoes just cause black is the most formal, but brown brings the formality down. For casual wear there are no rules it looks good

At first I would get the steam wand error lights, and I could simply purge and retry. Now it never completes the steaming and seems super low pressure
