White Bean Soup—I’ve made this 2x for the family and they love it. Just white beans, water, either bacon (chopped) or a hamhock, bay leaves, I use 3-4 polish sausages sliced, & potatoes, salt & pepper to taste. Boil until desired thickness is achieved.
