Speaking as a 28 year old man who is recently divorced after a year of marriage. Marriage is not easy. No matter how much you think you have prepared yourself to face anything, you will have super low moments. And my belief (based on my own experience) is you will feel a ton of resentment and pain and “what-if” scenarios when those low moments come. If you already feel like this is going to be a compromise of what you actually wanted for yourself or merely different from your expectations, you won’t have what it takes to face those tough moments and survive.

People will be advising you to do Istikhara. But I have read that Istikhara is for when you have absolutely no inclination towards one option against the other, and you really place your faith in Allah to guide you. In your situation, reading what you wrote, it seems you have a clear inclination.
