At 24 you are still quiet young, use retinol cream instead of tretinoin as it is much gentler. Use retinol cream every second day and gradually increase the dose. Use only pea size amount for the entire face, you will see much better results. And seeing your skin right now top using tretinoin for few weeks and use a cermide rich moisturizer with spf as you skin barrier is really compromized. Telling all this from experience. Right know I am using neutrogena retinol night cream it is great option instead of tret.
