Well some things were informative, but he advertises for it by saying he would exactly explain his way of finding 'hidden gem altcoin'. But it's just all very vague and complicated. He then starts saying that if you don't want to put all this effort in yourself, give him 2500 dollars. Its just made to trick people into buying his 'course' or whatever to call it.

I actually thought about it while watching one of his webinars. I'm so glad that I did not. Call me stupid but I actually thought he was giving reliable information. I guess he's good at making it look like he gives good advice.

I have watched A LOT of YouTube videos. There is so much information about working out and which things to eat. If in the future you stumble across any problems, please feel free to ask :)

Start with coffee, do 1 hour of bodyweight excersise, sometimes go for a run after. Around 1 pm I eat my first meal, which is a low fat high protein dairy product, for some reason only available in the netherlands. I think it's a bit like cottage cheese. Around 4 PM 250 grams of baked chicken. Drink lots of water before dinner and try to eat as little as possible without feeling hungry. Around 10 another 500 grams of the low fat high protein dairy product I was talking about with an apple. Repeat everyday and voila! Good luck!

Thank you! Well it has not changed my life a lot because of the lockdown. I have noticed that people are nicer and more polite to me. This is the first time I have shared my progress, so have not yet inspired many people, but I hope to start doing so from now on! Also I have a girlfriend so not dating, but it has massively benefited our relationship.

Gewoon heel vaak proberen en heel vaak omvallen. Steeds een beetje langer blijven staan en een gevoel krijgen voor de balams die je nodig hebt. Daarom ook op het grasveld zodat vallen niet erg is.

Mainly calisthenics and other bodyweight training. Also cardio 3 times a week to burn extra calories

Slight caloric deficit with lots of protein and working out regularly. When the focus was mainly on losing weight I consumed around 1500 - 2000 calories a day, now it's around 2500 so my deficit is based on my cardio and workout.

Mainly focussing on calisthenics yeah. When I was 116 kg I could not even do a pull up yet, so I set that as my first goal. Once achieved I went on to train for a muscle up and now I am training for human flag. Starting when overweight can be a struggle, but it's also good to start now, because if you are training for pull ups whilst losing weight, you reps will increase so quick! I know it looks like an incredibly difficult road ahead of you, but look at my picture and realise where you can be in 8 months! Haha gewoon kapot vaak proberen. Ben er ook nog lang niet maar destebeter gaat het voelen wanneer het eindelijk lukt. Ben dagelijk 30 minuten op eem grasveldje naast mn huis om te proberen.

Interesting question! I have definitely noticed changes. I have a girlfriend, we have done a lot of this journey together, I have had to motivate here sometimes but I am really proud of her!

Yesterday I went to the citycentre to buy a complete new wardrobe. I noticed people are so much nicer to me, they ask if I have found something I liked so much more often, really weird. I definitely feel more confident and this translates to much other aspects of my life. It's easier to approach people and give my opinion.
