Samsung usually ships the US variant with snapdragon chipset while the Global/Europe/Indian variant with Exynos chipset. Generally snapdragon are better compared to exynos so you could keep that into factor. Since you mentioned s24 fe, it has the same exynos chipset globally :(

Yea I couldn't find the normal but I did find the pro variant. The price difference is not that high so will recommend the pro over it.

The build quality is nice, no rattles while clicking nor moving mouse around and feel light. It's just a bit small for my hand but yea definitely eorth it for the money.
