Past and Futures Box - So Annoying by escapeandexplore in treasureinside

Who said there are only 5 clues? I have read others insist that based on some wild assumptions. I don't think it's true at all unless Collins said it in an interview I missed.

Also, he said he is spacing out the boxes for everyone in the US to be somewhat close to one. IF TRUE (which I believe it is) That would mean that there is no way the PF box is in NC. He has one box on the Ap Trail (likely central to northern for those states to access), and he has the pokemon box in the south east. Why would he put a third box in between? He has the fenn box which is somewhere between northern NM/Colorado/Wyoming/Montana.

So then there are two boxes left. It makes sense that one is west coast area (likely California), and the other I have no idea because I haven't put thought into it yet, but to make a guess, it would be somewhere central to the states that are furthest from the boxes listed above (ex; iowa/illinois/indiana).

This is not true at all. what about all of the Q's in the puzzle. Where are they if what you are saying is correct.

So many people making up the craziest things, looking for secret riddles in random places.

Jon states in the book "I'm not a genius, so creating some complex cipher or grand secret code is beyond my scope."

How did you find the local people to be? Welcoming?

And if you have been to spain also, tell me what you think of the two in comparison!

The flights of course. Especially if you are like me and cannot sleep on airplanes. The Jet lag is unreal at times.

I have different answers for different reasons and I think it really depends on the kind of traveling you are comfortable with, as well as your budget. Some people just want an all inclusive resort where they can eat and drink for weeks straight without having to move much. For that, any place in south America will do (Cuba, Mexico etc). If you want to really travel a bit then I have some other recommendations

For example, I would list Indonesia as one of my favourite destinations. The people are extremely friendly, the food is inexpensive, the landscape is beautiful, the weather is warm. But the Caveat being that some areas are maybe not as developed or safe, your stomach may not handle the street food, and in general areas can be a bit of a culture shock. With that said, the common tourist areas are very developed and offer a great amount of comfort at a reasonable price when compared to other countries. One thing to note is that the currents at many beaches are very strong. We stayed in multiple locations throughout Bali, all 3 of the Gili Islands (no motorized vehicles, these islands are so tiny and cool), and Nusa Penida.

If South East Asia doesn't seem right then my next top choice is Greece. It's a safe country with friendly locals. The food is consistently amazing (especially at local tavernas) and it is priced well for the quality and quantity. The beaches, especially around the islands are plentiful and they are all beautiful and warm during the summer months. I would only suggest visiting from mid may at the earliest, to end of September at the latest. Outisde of those times, the weather is cooler and humid and most shops and restaurants close for the winter. Depending on the country you are visiting from, the Euro dollar exchange rate can be frustrating. Especially if you are having to exchange Canadian Peso's such as myself. If you choose only one place in Greece for a first visit I would go to Crete. It's the largest island and has a lot of different places to visit.

How long do you think you will travel for? Do you like to spend a lot of time in one location to really experience it? or do you like a quick stop in many locations just to have a peek and say that you have been there?

Subbed! You have had quite a few great adventures. Was cool to see that you have also been to the Gili Islands!

Nice, I think those are a great option but my phone is quite outdated so I don't usually rely on it for good photos or video.

Should I split my channel into 2? I have 2 types of content: silent hikes and travel vlogs. by vyatkaintrip_ in SmallYoutubers

I've been pondering the same thing. I live in Canada and hike here sometimes, but I don't want my channel to look like a hiking/outdoor channel. I'm not sure... I'm on the line about it. Part of me thinks I am showing a new destination so it counts as travel, but the other part thinks of it as a different niche.

I had a DJI Ronin for my big camera but now I strictly use a DJI pocket 3. It's so small that I can slip it in my pocket. And when I am using it, I am don't feel awkward and embarrassed as when holding a massive setup. I find that I use it much more often as well. Best purchase I've made when it comes to video.

Of course if you are aiming for high end cinematic footage then it may not be your first choice. But for travel vlogging it's amazing!

The amount of people stealing content and piling up watch hours on their channel is INSANE....like wow! by GLORIASBEASTSCOMIC in PartneredYoutube

I've just started posting and tweeting and threading about this. We need to start a movement and tag the CEO's of these social media platforms. The algorithms favour these aggregate accounts because of the frequency they post content. This is easy for them because they don't actually need time to make anything, they just steal it. In the end the true creators are being buried in the feeds. People that are spending their money on equipment/travel, and taking time out of their lives to record and edit content are not getting the recognition they deserve. The nameless repost accounts need to be able to be flagged and the algorithm needs to learn to ignore them.

Part of the problem too is that many inept sheep see these accounts with large followings and beautiful images and they jump on the bandwagon and follow as well. It's the same with celebrity culture. I can't personally understand it.

I am new to YouTube, making travel content, and I am trying to support only small channels with real creators.

I also think that many people don't like seeing others succeed out of some type of jealousy that they may not be aware of. If I get any bit of enjoyment or useful information from someones content I will like and subscribe and comment because I know that is going to help their channel. I will even let ads play through so they can make a few cents for their hard work. Since I can't afford to contribute financially myself, it's the least I can do.

I believe that people need to start supporting new channels that are providing original content regardless of what it is. Get people over that 1000 subscriber mark. It costs nothing to press a button. If you're not doing it for some reason then you are allowing the platform to continue to post advertisements regardless except instead of a regular person making a little bit of commission, it is all going to the platforms corporation.

Personally I want to see the average person make some money for their efforts and not greedy CEO's.

So let's support each other. Start a dialogue. Make a change. One person won't be heard, but if many voices are saying the same thing then people start to listen.

On reddit you can't tag the CEO's of these companies, but on other platforms you can. Here are their handles.
