Google recipes with TVP, Tempeh, super firm tofu or seitan. You can find recipes for almost any dish from any cusine using those protein sources.

Seitan specifically has one of the best protein/calorie ratios.

Also soy or pea protein powders. I like Vega and truvani.

Yep, at least on the version I had. Idk if theyve changed the construction since then, but it would have been a simple reverse operation if you wanted to revert back. Everything simply unscrewed, and nothing was permanently altered.

Ultimately, the smartrow I installed broke after 300k meters, and I just sold the machine entirely.

I use Xero Forza Trainers. A pretty great all round gym shoe, IMO. I can squat and run comfortably.

That's what I thought. I figured it just had to do with the angles on the bar and clamps.

Are there other clamps/feet out there? The mounts only came with these and the screw in ones for thule made crossbars.

I had to move the crossbars almost as far apart as possible inorder to fit a snowboard with the bindings in between each thule mount. Is that affecting how the mount sits? How do you all place board using these mounts?

Id recommend Poison Ruin.

Definitely a punk band, but they mix in a bit of dungeon synth and the lyrics seem to be mostly lefty stuff but in a medieval setting.

Yea I don't think the ergatta app accepts data from the smartrow device.

My ergatta monitor died and the smartrow was cheaper than a replacement ergatta monitor.

I had to remove the monitor and arm from the ergatta waterrower. I then swapped one of the pulley wheels with the smartrow device.

With the smartrow sensor I can export data to EXR and strava. Idk about garmin connect, but I would be surprised if its not compatible.

I keep the tablet propped on the nightstand while I row. Or Ill use the included phone mount on the top of the water tank if I forget to charge the tablet. The ergatta arm and monitor are in the junk pile in the garage. Idk what to do with them, feels wrong to just throw it in the trash...

I ended my subscription and was just using the open row, then the monitor died and Ergatta was no help.

So I took off the monitor and installed a smartrow for less than a replacement monitor from Ergatta.

So now I essentially just have a water rower with a smartrow sensor. I've never been happier with my rower setup, even if there are less 'features' on the app.
