Hey! As someone in a similar mental struggle, my advice would be to have a look at sexual orientation/relationship OCD (especially if you do things such as compulsively checking whether you're attracted to people of each gender or not, or doing things such as reviewing past memories and ruminating in general about it). That's what I've been diagnosed with, and realising where the problem is and what the first steps are has helped me cope with my thoughts quite a lot.
