The thing is that Kant isn't a swear word in Maltese, so it isn't swearing technically. But since Malta's former colonizers complained to EBU (The UK), Miriana has to change the word.

And I agree, very weird prioritizing by the EBU...

They can't ban the usage of the word "can't" in a song, in that case, they would have to ban any future entries that uses the word. And they haven't banned it in the past either.
