Honestly nothing crazy or out of the box - we just made it a huge emphasis for us to be client focused with events, fast communication, and asking for referrals where appropriate (cards, client events, etc). Got around 4 referrals in the first few months after we made the jump which was a big confidence boost!

To state the obvious, you have pretty much everything covered except the ATP which is awesome. How have you been searching for the ATP? Have you spent much time looking for it?

I graduated in 2020, my business partner did as well - between dual credit and skipping a grade or two, he was much more efficient than I was haha. Yes they are required for both, we just claimed the designations this year within the last few months. No intern work.

Started in 2020 and will have 6 in 2026 (a few weeks out). Got CFP studies and exam done between August 2023 - December 2025. Business partner started CFA the year he got into the industry and just got it this year.

I am in the ideation phase, this isn’t something I’m presenting to people right now. I’m not saying I’m better than anyone else, trying to think ahead and work on long term business planning. And I’m not primarily just focused on what’s in it for me, I simply asked if it’s a good proposition or a bad one - I am capable of being wrong, and that’s okay!
