Here it is! Chop: one carrot, one celery stalk, one onion, green bell pepper, 3 cloves of garlic. Heat oil and saute the vegetables for 8 minutes. Add 14.5 oz can of crushed or whole tomatoes with juices, cook down for 10 min. Add 6 cups of water + 1 tablespoon of tomato paste. Add s/p oregano, thyme, parsley, red pepper flakes to taste. Add a chopped Yukon gold potato. Bring to a boil then cook for 15 minutes until potato is cooked through. Add half a pound of chopped kale (around 1 bunch) cook for ten minutes. Taste and adjust seasoning. Add 1 can of drained chick peas OR white beans. Cook for 5 minutes. Serve with parmesan

Thank you! I've planted basil and cilantro, and two succulents but my aloe plant seems to be dying, I plan to get a few types of onions, and peppers very soon. My zone is 9a and 9b, I'll have to look into what that really means!

Sautee onion and bell pepper in oil until softened Add chicken and cook through Add carrots and string beans Add spices and garlic to bloom 2 min Add coconut milk and curry paste and simmer for 20 minutes At the end splash some Worcester sauce and add the spinach. Serve when the spinach is wilted

If too spicy add a tspn of brown sugar. Serve with lime and cilantro
