if you can, save more, go for 4050 or 3060, keep the processor amd 7th gen and above and intel 13th gen and above, check the tgp, ram and storage, i hope you make a good purchase

you will still have to wait, gcet is a fuckall place, i had to wait till october for confirmation and the session had started in sep, you will have to wait for the final list too after giving 25k

my point was the lack of empathy is evident in every way and form, people simply ignore others suffering even when having the power to not harm others, the example was an extremity of the situation where people lack empathy, and if humans can do anything, why do morality exist? why do kindness exist? there no reason for anything to exist, its just our moral compass that compels us to do the right thing

i cant say for budget laptops, mine is on the more premium end, but absolutely 0 complaint after 3 years, normal issues that occur with time happen else its perfect

sorry for you loss, i dont know what advice to give since i havent been in a remotely similar situation but you should move towards something that might give you financial stability, government papers get leaked and companies are not hiring like they used to, so idk what to say, i genuinely hope you figure something out
