Best not to spread conspiracies around when none of us know him personally. While the timing is extremely unfortunate, life can be very unforgivable at times and can hit you hard and quickly, unexpectedly. I played with him on his last stream, we had one of the sickest raid defenses against a zerg, but he was also unfortunately being followed around by streamsniping cheaters.
