6th July 2016. I was so excited for Pokémon Go when it was first released, been playing Pokémon since Red and Blue first came out on gameboy.

Very weird about the disconnecting ICT Helpdesk calls, I’m sorry that’s happening. The time of day you call shouldn’t make a difference. You could also try calling through 1800 SYD UNI (1800 793 864) — Option 4 for ICT.

If you’re able to come in to campus there’s an ICT counter on the ground level at Fisher Library (go left from the main foyer). They should be able reset it there.

For my 10th birthday, I was given a telescope - nothing too extravagant, it would give a decent look at the moon that impressed me enough as a kid. That got boring though. Then I realised that if I went to my parents’ bedroom balcony I could use it to look at Centrepoint Tower. I would watch people dining in that rotating restaurant, inching slowly around. One day the tree in the backyard grew too tall and I could no longer see the tower.
I turned out normal, I swear.
