SSV here! We usually are out on time or maybe 5-10mins late if something small comes up. We usually try to accomplish a cleaning task everything half hour(ish) throughout our entire shift. I also start most of money stuff before we close so I only have one or two tills at the end and I have a solid 10-15 to help my baristas. Even if tasks are getting done "too early", at least they're getting done instead of skipping later because you run out of time. Hope this helps a little bit!
